The right chord

It's amazing the effect good music has on you. I am writing with Coldplay marathon playing in the background- yes that is good music.

Anyway coming back- It is amazing how good music can uplift you and just give you that "feel good" feeling. It doesn’t matter if you know all the lyrics or not. What matters is how the music with its lyrics, percussion, rhythm etc strums the right chord in your heart and you, for once just feel good, no loopholes.

What’s funny is that even though you have no prior connection with the artiste, sometimes the music just happens to connect with you so deeply that well, there, the connection is formed.
It’s like, I guess, what I’m trying to express here is the beautiful feeling that music has on us, me at least. And for the most part, I’m not doing a great job, ha-ha! But, it’s kind of like the Christmassy feeling, the view of a sunset, the perfect weather – cool summer breeze and late summer afternoons, the worlds yummiest dessert, hugging, the feeling at the end of a good movie.. The effect and feeling induced by good music is kind of similar to that induced by these.
It transports to your own little world as your heart beats to your favorite song. It sometimes just lets you feel what you feel- if you want to cry it makes you cry and trust me it makes you cry good [Never gonna be alone has a really sad music video], or well it just makes you dance around like crazy or well..I don’t know!
If a song can save simple plan’s life then I guess my point here is very clear ha-ha! It’s just sometimes it’s easier to let yourself free, express yourself with the sound- with the melody than it is by plain words.
For someone to express their rebellion, their anger, for someone to express their darkest fears and deepest hurts, for some to express their immense joys over something or someone- Music kind of does it all; it’s versatile in that sense. And talking of versatility I bet there’s nothing better than Music to bring people together, minus the inhibitions, the walls and the borders. It's kind of like the way 30 seconds to mars makes you want to scream "No no no no!" in unison along in the song Closer to the edge.

SO well for me music does hit the right chord, what about you?

P.S. I’d appreciate a follow-up :)
